McCONNELL Patricia (Pat)Peacefully at Brooklands Care Home, Dunmurry. Formerly of Holywood & Clontara Park, Lisburn.

Wife of the late Tom, Will be sadly missed by her long-time friends Norah & family and Kate & family.

A Funeral Service will be held in Roselawn Crematorium on Tuesday 27th June at 4.40pm.

No flowers please. Donations in lieu to Assisi Animal Sanctuary.
