McCONVILLE Michael. R.I.P. (Belfast & formerly Ballycastle.) Died 28th August 2026. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the care of the staff of Nazareth Care Village.

Beloved husband of the late Imelda (née Byrne); loving father of Niall, Myles and the late Baby Lisha; dear father-in-law of Jo-Anne and Anna and much adored Papa of Jack, Rory, Matt and Tom. Son of the late Daniel and Marian and dear brother of Philomena Farrelly and the late Maura McGurk.

Everyone welcome to call at his son Niall’s residence, (19 Rosetta Avenue, Belfast. BT7 3HG.) on Saturday 29th August 2026 from 2pm to 9pm and Sunday from 3pm. Michael will be received into the Good Shepherd Church, 503 Ormeau Road, Ormeau, Belfast BT7 3GR on Sunday evening arriving at 6pm.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Monday 31st August 2026 at 10:30am. Interment afterwards in St. Patrick’s & St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Ballycastle. (Arriving approximately 1:15pm).

Deeply regretted by the entire McConville, Guzhar and Fleming family circle, Bishop Alan McGuckian and the Priests and Religious of the Diocese of Down and Connor. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his Soul.
