Date of Death: Sunday 7th November 2021 Town: Cookstown
Date of Death: Sunday 7th November 2021

We, the daughter, sisters and brother of the late Jacqueline McCormack, wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recently sad bereavement.

We offer our sincere gratitude to Fr. Boyle, for his spiritual support and guidance and for celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass.
A special word of thanks to the Sacristan and to Sonlight for providing the lovely music, also to Stephen Mallon for providing the beautiful floral wreaths and to the gravediggers who prepared Jacqueline’s final resting place.

We are indebted to all those who supported us, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messages, wreaths, floral tributes, and expressed their condolences via telephone and social media. We took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from the support of everyone who lined the funeral cortege route, from those who joined us at the Chapel, and from those who viewed Jacqueline’s funeral Mass online.

We would like to thank Niall A. Loughran Funeral Directors for the efficient, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements during this difficult time.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.

Jacqueline’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 7th December at 10am in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown.
