We would like to express our gratitude to Dr Stephen Lalsingh, the Clarendon Medical and Foyle Hospice Community Nurses, the nursing and medical staff of wards 43, 24, 40 and Casualty, Altnagelvin Hospital. A special thanks to Dr Rahim, Marian’s Specialist Palliative Care and Oncology Teams at Altnagelvin Hospital and the Paramedics who attended. Thank you also to the staff of Rosemount Pharmacy.

Thank you to the staff of the Tree House for the care and attention provided after the funeral.
