McCOY Professor Jackie. Passed away peacefully on Sunday 23rd August 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Deeply loved wife of Peter, devoted mum of Mark and Lauren, mother-in-law of Matthew and Duha, and cherished nana of Omar, Solomon and Rafferty. Treasured sister of Colette, Janette, Gerard, Simone and Simon.
Jackie is reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2GX, Tel: 02890 243129. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome. Her remains will be removed to Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium, 582 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 5BU on Tuesday 1st September for a service to celebrate her life at 1.00pm followed by committal.
