William (Billy) McDowell died peacefully on February 27th 2021, at Royal Victoria Hospital. Late of 34 Mulderg Drive, Newtownabbey.
Much-loved husband of Dawn, cherished brother, brother-in-law and uncle of the McDowell, Magill and Bowman families.
