McELDOWNEY (nee Kearney) Mary Catherine (Slaughtneil) 25th August 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by her family.

Beloved wife of Laurence and much loved mother of Michael, Joan (McEldowney), Donna (Murphy), Ciaran , Brenda (Kelly), Martin and Niall. Daughter of the late Mick and Mary Kearney and sister of John Joe, Margaret (Birt), Brigid (Murray), Michael, Henry, Denis and the late Bernard RIP. Loving granny of Sarah-Kate, Jane and Clara, Cara and Sebastian, Donal, Margaret and Katie, Ellie, Sally, Rosie, Larry, Mary-Kate and Micky, Saorla, Annie, Aoibhinn, Páidí and Conléth.

Wake commencing Monday 26th August. Funeral from her home 38 Slaughtneil Road, Maghera, BT46 5NJ on Wednesday 28th August for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St John the Baptist Chapel, Granaghan. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Our Lady of Knock pray for her gentle loving soul.
