The death has occurred of the late Charles McEleney, January 18 2026, beloved husband of Majella, loving father of Melissa, Emmett, Shaun Paul, Kieran and Megan, a devoted grandfather and dear brother of Gerard, Edward, Pat, Martin and Paul.

His remains will be reposing in his home, 16 Curragh Walk, Shantallow. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 10.30am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
