McELNEA, Samuel James (Sammy) – 4th February 2024. Peacefully at Oakridge Care Home, in his 91st year surrounded by his family. Formerly of Carlisle Park, Ballynahinch.

Beloved husband of the late Anna, much loved and loving father to Carol, Kenneth and Richard and father-in-law to Richard, Judith and Michelle. Proud granda to John and his wife Lily, Jill and her husband Matthew, Emma and her husband Connor, Joanna and her partner Colin and Katie. Great-Granda to Oliver. Brother of Richard, Catherine and the late Eleanor.

Funeral service in Magheradroll Parish Church, Newcastle Road, Ballynahinch on Thursday 8th February at 11.00am afterwards to the adjoining Churchyard. Friends welcome at his son Kenneth’s home 14 Beechlands, Banbridge BT32 3RJ.
