McELROY Eddie (Newry) May 8, 2024, (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family.

Eddie, beloved husband of the late Betty R.I.P. and devoted father of John, Catherine, Brian, Mark and Michelle.

His remains will repose at his late residence, 3 Mullavat Road, Newry, today (Thursday) from 5pm until 10pm and tomorrow (Friday) from 12 noon until 10pm. Requiem Mass for Eddie will be celebrated on Saturday at 2pm in St. Mary’s Church, Chapel Street, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private on morning of funeral.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sons, daughters, son-in-law Pete, daughters-in-law Aisling, Helen and Sharon, grandchildren Beth, Shea, Mary-Kate, Caolan, Jack, Eddie, Harry and Charlie, also his sister Maureen, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
