We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of John McElwee R.I.P. 7th October 2025. Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Bridie. Loving father of Sharon, Gavin, Andrea and late baby Gary, R.I.P. Father in law of Marty, Sinéad and Damien. Devoted grandfather of Kayleigh, Ciaran, Conor, Eve and Aedan. Great grandfather of Rory. Deeply regretted by all the family circle.

Funeral from his home: 20A Mill Path, Eglinton, BT47 3PP on Friday 10th of October at 1:15pm for Requiem Mass at 2pm in Star of the Sea Church Faughanvale. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
