We regret to inform you of the sad passing of Fergal McFlynn R.I.P. (Swatragh) Died 27th October 2024. Late of 25 Hillside Road, Swatragh.

Beloved husband of Marian; loving father of Paul, Imelda, Gemma and Oran; father-in-law of Roisin, Robert, Gareth and Catherine and much adored granda of Fionn, Éadaoin, Bróna, Micheál, Oisín, Saoirse, Senán, Paídí, Áine, Fearghal, Ríonach and Éabha. Son of the late Joseph and Veronica and dear brother of Jim, Ronnie, Sheila, Martina, Declan, Gerald, Leo and the late Barney. St. Martin pray for him.

Fergal’s wake will commence on Tuesday, October 29 2024 at 12noon. Family time 10.00pm to 10.00am. A shuttle bus service will be in operation from Granaghan Chapel Car Park to the family home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4.00pm.Funeral from his late residence, 25 Hillside Road, (travelling via Keady Road) on Thursday at 10:15am for 11o’clock Requiem Mass in the Church of St. John the Baptist, Granaghan. (Mass will be broadcast live on the parish webcam https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-john-baptist-swatragh). Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
