McGILLOWAY (née McLaughlin) Margaret, 9th October 2026, peacefully at her home, 54 Kylemore Park, surrounded by her loving famil. Formerly of 39 Broadway. Beloved wife of Tony, loving mother of Ciara, Mairead and Bronagh, devoted grandmother of Tiarnan, Saorla and Caragh, cherished sister of Paddy, Danny, Mary and the late John, Jim, Tommy, Mickey and Kathleen and a caring aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and all her friends.
Margaret will be reposing at her home on Saturday 10th October from 11:00am. Family time please from 9:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving her home on Monday 12th October at 9:20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Cremation afterwards in Lily Hill Crematorium, Letterkenny.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished, to Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry or City Friends of Marie Curie, 29G Gortrush Industrial Estate, Omagh.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her. St. Rita pray for her.
