We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Margaret McGinley (née Bryson), peacefully at Causeway Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on 21st January 2024. Formerly of Castleview Park. May she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of the late Michael. A much loved mother of Raymond, Jean, Deirdre, Janina, Marisa and Lydia. Dearest mother-in-law of Berni, Brendan, Jim, Steve, Conor and Alan. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to all of her grandchildren. Beloved sister of Sheila. Dearest sister-in-law of Eddie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle and friends.

Margaret’s remains will be reposing at her granddaughter Ciara’s residence, 64 Carnhill from 5pm this afternoon, Monday 22nd January. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 24th January at 10:20am for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Brigid’s Church, Carnhill. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake house will be private from 9pm until 11am and will also be private on Wednesday morning. Margaret’s Requiem Mass can be streamed live.
