McGIRR John (Armagh) September 10, 2026, peacefully in Craigavon Area Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Annie, loving father of Eileen, Jean, Sean, Patrick, Thomas and Genevieve, much loved son of the late Mary-Ellen and the late Harry McGirr (Tullysaran), brother of Oliver, Marie, the late Eugene, the late Joan and the late Patricia. Sadly missed and always loved by his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.

John will be reposing at his son Thomas’ home, 75 Tullymore Downs, BT60 4TU on today Saturday from 12noon. Funeral on Monday to St Patrick’s Cathedral for 11.00am Mass. Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing daughters, sons, daughters-in-law, son-in-law and entire family circle and friends.
