McGOWAN (née Braid) Mary, 31st May 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, MARY, beloved wife of the late George, loving mother of Paul and the late Geraldine and Patrick, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother and a cherished sister of Rosaleen and the deceased members of the Braid family. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and her many friends.

Mary will be reposing at her home, 17 Eastway Gardens, on Sunday 1st June from 7:00pm.

Funeral leaving there on Tuesday 3rd June at 11:30am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 12:00noon. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
