McGOWAN (nee McCarney) Mary Ellen, died peacefully in the South West Acute Hospital on Monday 26th June 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Late of of 40 Mountstewart Road, Fintona, BT78 2HB

Beloved wife of the late Peter. Treasured mother of Hugh (Ann-Marie), Mickey (Pauline), Pete (Philomena), Pat (Dympna), AnneMarie, Raymond (Alison), Eilish (Gerry) and Margaret (Tommy). Loving and devoted Grandmother to her 33 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Cherished sister of Anna Corrigan and the late John-Joe.

Mary Ellen will be reposing in her late residence from 7pm on Monday 26th June. Mary Ellen will leave her late residence at 10.25am on Wednesday 28th June for 11am requiem Mass in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona, followed by her burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. For those who wish to show a presence on the funeral route, Mary Ellen will travel from the Mountstewart Road and along Legamaghery Road, Kilnahusogue Road, Ecclesville Road and Lisdergan Road to arrive at St Lawrence’s Church at 10.50am.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, daughters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister, in laws, nieces, nephews and entire family circle and friends. “Our Lady pray for her”.
