McGREEVY (nee Devlin) Josie (Hilltown) May 8th, 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by her devoted family. Dearly beloved wife of the late Gerald, loving mother of Brian (Mary), PJ (Eleanor), Gerry (Patricia), Attracta (Dennis McGivern), Sean (Ann-Marie), Kevin, Jackie (Stephen Duffy) and Liam (Ann). Cherished granny and great granny, and much loved sister of Patricia McQuaid and the late Agnes Devlin, Maureen Keenan, Mother Attracta and Teresa Maginn.

Josie’s remains will repose at her late home, 9 Main Street, Hilltown, on today (Saturday) from 12noon until 10.00pm. Removal on Sunday at 1.15pm for 2.00pm Requiem Mass in the Church of St John the Evangelist, Ballymaghery, Hilltown. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House Private on the morning of the funeral please. Our Lady of Lourdes and St Bernadette pray for her.

Very deeply missed by her loving sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister, brother-in-law Barney McQuaid, sister-in-law Ann McGreevy, nephews, nieces, the entire family circle, neighbours, and many friends.
