It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Mary McGuigan (née Benson) R.I.P. Mary passed peacefully in hospital on the 17th June 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Dearly beloved daughter of the late Mary and Joe (RIP). Loving wife of Martin. Adored mother of Gerard (Sharon) , Angela (Seamus) Gavin, Kevin (Una) Karl and Fergal (Aileen). Loving granny of Amy, James, Rioghnach, Caitlin, Seàn, Kian, Evie-Marie, Ella, Emily, Conlan and great granny of Eabha. Much loved sister of Martin, Kevin, and the late Joe, Patsy, Eleanor, Odette, Louis, Angela and Rosie (RIP).

Reposing at her late home – 88 Benbradagh Avenue, Dungiven, Co Derry, wake commencing on Thursday (18th) at 4pm. Family time 10pm to 11am. Funeral on Saturday 20th of June 2026, leaving her late home at 12.10pm for 1pm Requiem Mass in Saint Patrick’s Church, Dungiven, interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
