In Loving Memory of Rose McGurk
who died on 7th April 2021
May she rest in peace.
Our lives go on without you
but nothing is the same
we have to hide our heartache
when someone speaks your name
Sad are the hearts that loved you
silent are the tears that fall
living here without you
is the hardest part of all
You did so many things for us
your heart was kind and true
and when we needed someone
we could always count on you
The special years will not return
when we were all together
but with the love in our hearts
you walk with us forever
To have you for a mother
was cause enough for pride
no one could be your equal
however much they tried
We lost a mum in a million
we loved her to the end
we lost two precious things that day
our mother and our friend.
Forever in our hearts, your loving family.
Our Lady of knock pray for her.
