McKENNA (nee Farren) Teresa – Strawmore, Draperstown, 8th April 2023, Teresa, R.I.P, died peacefully at home (in her 94th year) surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Tommy, devoted mother of Sean, Rosemary (O’Kane) and Martin, cherished Granny of Cassandra and Eilís and dear Mamó Mór of Bláithín and Seosamh. Daughter of the late James and Sarah Farren, Boviel, Dungiven, loving sister of Sr. Anne (Bridie) (South Africa), Jim (Boviel), Hugh (Bangor), the late Mary Harkin and Sara who died in infancy.

Funeral from her son Sean’s residence, 15 Doon Road, Draperstown, BT45 7DR on Tuesday 11th April 2023 at 10.30am for 11 O Clock requiem Mass in St. Eugene’s Church, Moneyneena. Interment immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Wake commences Sunday morning at 11am. Family time only from 11pm please

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughter, daughter-in-law Anne, son-in-law Eddie, grandson-in-law John, sister, brothers, sisters-in-law Phyllis and Bernadette, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces and family circle. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Knock pray for her, St. Pio of Pietrelcina pray for her.
