The family of the late William McKernan would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.
We are extremely grateful for all the care and support William received at the Sperrin Unit, Ward 50 and ICU at Altnagelvin Hospital and at the Sperrin Family Practice over the years.
Sincere thanks to our extended family, friends and neighbours who helped at the wake, called at the house, provided food, sent cards and who gave donations to Macmillan Cancer and to those who attended the funeral.
Thanks to Armstrong Funeral Directors for carrying out the funeral arrangements in a caring and dignified manner and to the grave diggers who prepared the grave.
Special thanks to Rev Rodney Thompson for his pastoral care and for conducting a very meaningful funeral service and heartfelt thanks to everyone who took part in the funeral service.
Our thanks also to the ladies of Glenelly Presbyterian Church for the lovely funeral tea and to Eden LOL for the use of their hall.
