The death has occurred of Eamon McMahon, husband to the late Anne O’Donoghue and beloved father of Rosa, Kate, Emmet and Odhrán, who passed away peacefully at his home in North Belfast on September 7th.

Eamon was widely respected at home and abroad as a tireless advocate of human rights and social justice, particularly for the people of Palestine. Eamon was also a dedicated family therapist who paved the development of infant mental health in Northern Ireland.

A Funeral Service will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Oldpark Road, Belfast, on Monday September 12th at 10.45am.
