We regret to inform you of the recent death of William Kenneth (Ken) McMaster. Passed away peacefully at his home 11th July 2025. Late of Madigan Park Carrickfergus.

Loving and devoted husband of Irene. Much loved Dad to Joyce and Stuart. Proud Granda of Mark, Lauren (Laura), Ashley and Alan. Great-Grandad to Jake Kenneth McMaster.

A service of thanksgiving for Ken’s life will be held in Joymount Presbyterian Church Carrickfergus on Thursday 17th July 2025 at 2.00 p.m. followed by interment in Victoria Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Alzheimer’s Society c/o S & J Irvine Funeral Directors.

Ken will be sadly missed, loved and remembered always by the entire family circle.

In God’s time we will meet again in a land that knows no night. Those we love don’t go away they walk beside us every day.

God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb, He gently closed his weary eyes and whispered ‘Peace be Thine’.

Even though you’re not around, love will overcome all bounds, pain and tears may fade away, but memories will always stay.
