Veronica McSHANE (nee Curran)
Dorothy, Bernard, Jacqueline and Tony, along with our families, wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathized with us on the recent, sudden passing of our much-loved and precious mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Veronica.
We are deeply thankful to all who attended the wake, sent mass cards, texted, telephoned, and travelled to be with us.
We would like to extend special gratitude to everyone who made the funeral a beautiful tribute to Veronica. We are grateful to all who attended the mass, to Fr. Shaun Doherty for his touching eulogy and support at the family home, to singer Fidelma Legg and organist.
To all of Veronica’s neighbours and friends, past and present, thank you. Especially to Vera and Leo McCauley, Robert and Anthea McDaid. Thanks to Martin Doran for all his help, and to WJ O’Brien & Son funeral directors for their professional assistance. Thanks also to the ambulance crew, A&E, ward 26 medical staff, and all at Quayside Medical Practice.
As a deeply loved and cherished mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she will always be in our hearts and remembered with love for the wonderful lady she was.
