The family of the late Peggy McStravock wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathized with us on the loss of our beloved mother,grandmother and great grandmother.
To all who called at the wake, attended the funeral, brought mass cards, sent messages and posted on social media, we are so thankful and appreciate them all. To all the neighbours and friends for your support throughout the wake we are very grateful. To Portmor Restaurant, Annagher Services, Bert’s Pizza, St Vincent de Paul, Springisland, Newell Stores and those individuals who brought food at the time of the wake, we appreciate your generositiy.
To the girls at Enable Care Team who cared for mummy with great dignity, patience and kindness, we are eternally grateful to each and every one of you.
To Dr O Donnell, Dr Ferguson and all the staff at Coalisland Medical Centre for your attentitive care to mummy throughout her years, we are so thankful. To Dr Moore (Out of hours doctor) the district nurses and the Marie Curie Nurse for their compassionate care to mummy in her final hours, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We also wish to thank Canon Benny Fee and Fr John McCallion for attending to mummy in her final hours and for delivering very spiritual pastoral care. A special word of thanks to Canon Benny for his heartfelt celebration of mummy’s requiem mass and for such fitting words. To Rosin,Rory, Jimmy and Mary for providing the music and singing which added so much to mummy’s beautiful funeral mass, Thank you so much.
To Clonoe O Rahilly’s GFC for their support and guards of honour which were so dignified in acknowledgement to mummy’s lifelong commitment to Clonoe GFC and those who stewarded outside during the wake, we express our sincere gratitude.
To the staff and Pupils of Annaghmore Primary School for providing a reverent guard of honour at the chapel, we were deeply touched.
To Patsy and Edel of Patsy Taggart Funeral Services, Thank you for the professional and dignified manner in which you carried out mummy’s funeral, your help and support was invaluable to us. To the late Catherine Campbell RIP who prepared the chapel and to Gary Harte who prepared mummy’s final resting place. Our sincerest gratitude
Thank you to Mickey McElhatton and staff of the Greenvale and to Clonoe Ladies Committee who provided and helped serve refreshments after the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

McSTRAVOCK (nee O’Neill) Peggy, (Clonoe), 22nd December 2024, RIP. Wife of the late Joe RIP. Loving mother of Irene (Damien), Danny (Martina), Martin (Colette), Majella (Jarlath). Devoted grandmother and great grandmother. Daughter of the late James and Catherine O’Neill RIP. Sister of the late Maureen, Trea, John, Paddy and baby sister who died in infancy RIP. Sister in law of Dympna O’Neill.

Peggy will be reposing at her home 192 Washingbay Road, Coalisland, BT71 5EG. Removal Tuesday to St Patrick’s Church, Clonoe for 11am Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in adjoining Cemetery.

Wake will commence at 6pm on Sunday. Parking on Washingbay Road and it will be Stewarded.
