We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Elizabeth “Lizzie” McVeigh née Toal peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on 10th of August 2023. May she rest in peace. Late of 87 Curragh Lane, Dungiven, Co Derry.

Beloved wife of the late Joe R.I.P and loving mother of Dympna O’Connor (Joe), Tish Deighen (Paul), and Paddy (Denise). Devoted grandmother of Kevin, Sinead, P.J, Sean, Michael, Shéa, Rory, Amy, Hannah and Eva-Jo. Daughter of the late James and Lizzie Toal R.I.P Toomebridge and dear sister of Annie Gribbon and the late Barney, Mary Dowd, Harry, Chris, John and Seamus R.I.P. Deeply regretted by loving sisters in law , brothers in law , nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.

Reposing at her late home from 12noon Friday (11th).

Family time please 10pm to 11am. Funeral on Sunday 13th of August leaving her late home at 1.20pm for 2pm Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
