McVEIGH (nee McGlade) Betty, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on 26th July. Late of 71 Riverdale Gardens.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Harry and much loved mother of Noel, Stephen, Marcella, Joseph, and the late Harry. Mother-in-law of Marie, Patricia, Eugene and Bridgeen. Devoted grandmother of Aine, Sean, Michael, Clare, the late Ashling, Conor, Nicole, Tony, Kerry, Gary, Joseph and Sarah and Great Nanny of Declan, Aoibhe, Olivia, Rhea, Niamh, Isla, Olivia G, Lily, Ronan and Lúile. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.

Betty will be reposing at her daughter’s home at 31 St Agnes Drive from Thursday evening. Betty’s remains will leave her daughter’s home on Saturday 29th July at 8.30am to arrive at St Agnes Church for Requiem Mass at 9am. Burial to follow in the City Cemetery.

Betty will be sorely missed by her sorrowing sons, daughter, sons and daughters in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and wider family circle.
