McWILLIAMS Cathal died on 22nd July 2021, peacefully. Late of Dubin & Kilrea. Cathal R.I.P. former member of Pearses GAC, Kilrea and Roger Casements, Coventry.

Beloved partner of Sadie. Son of the late Phillip and Bridget and loving brother of Phelim, Kevin, Martin, Marian, Patricia and the late Kathleen.

Funeral from McKiernan’s Funeral Home on Saturday at 11:15am for 12 Noon Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Drumagarner. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired to Marie Curie c/o McKiernan & Sons, 45-47 Maghera Street, Kilrea. BT51 5QL.

Glasgow Celtic forever in my heart.

Book of Condolences

So very sad to hear of Cathal's passing. We ventured to Celtic Park on a number of occasions over the years and I enjoyed his company immensely. A passionate Celtic and Derry gaa man, Cathal will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to Sadie and Cathal's family & friends. Rest in peace Cathal.

I am very saddened to hear that Cathal has left us. I was happy to have the pleasure of his company many's the time in The Findlater in Dublin. Cathal was a very likeable man and always great company. He will be missed very much by all his friends here. My condolences to Sadie and to Cathal's family and friends.
