The Wife Elma, Sons Aaron and Samuel, Daughter Rhonda and the entire Family Circle would like to sincerely thank all those kind Friends and Neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. To those who called at the home, telephoned, sent cards and messages of sympathy, brought food, stood so respectably along the funeral route and attended the funeral. Sincere thanks to Rev Gareth Stewart for conducting the funeral service and for his visitations, to Mrs Jayne Meharg for giving such a lovely tribute to Christopher, to Miss Kirsty McKenna for her beautiful singing and to the Organist. Grateful thanks to Mr Ronnie McKee, Pastor Alan Dundas and Mr Ricky Linton for their visitations to Christopher in hospital, in his home and for their ongoing visitations and support to the Family. A sincere thanks to the Doctors and Nurses in Ward C5 for looking after Christopher in his last few weeks. Grateful thanks to all those who gave donations in lieu of flowers.

Finally sincere thanks to Helen and Staff of D. Watters Funeral Services for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.

MEHARG, Christopher – 24th February 2022 – (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital. Late of 19 King William III Crescent, Maghera.

Dearly loved Husband of Elma, , devoted daddy of Aaron and his wife Jayne, Rhonda and her husband Jason and Samuel and his partner Rebecca, much adored granda of Kirsty, Amy-Rose, Annabella, Jamie, Conor and Henric, beloved son of the late Samuel and Thomasina, dearest brother of Jennifer, Rhonda, Ian, Cyril and the late Roberta, a loving son-in-law of Helen and the late Billy (Linton) and a much loved brother-in-law and uncle.

Funeral from his home on Sunday, 27th February at 1.15pm, to Maghera Presbyterian Church for service at 2.00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Ward C5, Antrim Area Hospital, payable to D. Watters (Donations A/c), 55 Main Street, Tobermore Magherafelt BT45 5PP.
