A special word of thanks to the emergency services team who quickly attended to Joe in his home, the A&E Dept. and the staff of the ICU Dept. at Altnagelvin Area Hospital who cared for Joe with such compassion, dignity and dedication. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the Organ Transplant Team for their support and for their dignified and professional manner, we are deeply grateful.

We thank Fr. Sweeney for his spiritual guidance, prayers and celebration of the requiem mass.
