Date of Death: Saturday 22nd March 2025

The Family of the late Jean Mitchell wish to express heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement, whether by card, phone call, text, social media or visit. All was greatly appreciated by the family. Thanks also to the Mountsandel Surgery Team who were most helpful at all times and Henderson’s Chemist who were excellent throughout Jean’s long illness. Special mention and thanks to all the Bluebird Carers who were exceptional, very devoted and caring in the way they looked after Jean at home. Special appreciation of the amazing staff at Armour Day Centre who provided an enriching experience for Jean as well as respite for Julie. Your kindness will never be forgotten. In the last days of her life Jean received exceptional, empathetic care from the staff of Resus and Surgical One at the Causeway Hospital. Sincere appreciation of Rev. James Hyndman and the wider family of First Coleraine Presbyterian Church for spiritual care to Jean and immediate family. Finally, thanks to Hugh Wade & Son Funeral Directors, special shout out to Alison, for the professional and exceptionally caring service provided. We will be forever grateful to all who stood with us as we celebrated Jeans life.
