MITCHELL Oliver(Ballina, formerly Lurgan) September 6, 2023, at his daughter’s home in Galway, late of Marian Crescent, Ballina and formerly Lurgan Co. Armagh.

Oliver, predeceased by his wife Mary and their son Oliver.

Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) on Friday September 8, from 5 p.m. with Removal at 6.00 p.m. to Galway Cathedral. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Oliver on Saturday September 9 at 12 noon and following Mass he will be laid to rest at Leigue cemetery, Ballina arriving at 3.30 p.m. approximately. Deeply loved and mourned by his daughter Rosemarie, son-in-law Tim Sweeney and grandchildren Róisín and Matthew. Sadly missed also by his nephews Ken and Seán (U.S.A.) and their mother Kathy Mitchell, the extended Mitchell and Cafferty family, neighbours and friends.
