MOFFETT Sam (Samuel Ennis) Died on 22nd August 2021, peacefully at hospital following a long illness. Late of Lansdowne Care Home, and formerly of Wheatfield Crescent, Belfast.
Loving and devoted husband and father.
Funeral Service to be held at Ballysillan Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, 1st September at 3.30pm (seating limited due to social distancing).
No flowers please, donations in memory, if desired, to Alzheimer’s Society NI.
Will be sadly missed by his loving wife Valerie and children, Peter and Beverley. Will be lovingly remembered forever.
