MOONEY (née Sheehy) Catherine. Passed away 14th August 2026 at Larne Care Home, late of Archvale Avenue, Glengormley. Beloved wife of the late Daniel, loving mother to Jacqueline, Mark and Damien. Cherished grandmother to Caitlin, Niamh, Mollie, Evie, Kyle and mother-in-law to Mary-jo and Darren. Loving sister of the late Ann. Catherine will be forever loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Catherine will be reposing at her daughter’s house 5 Moyola Manor, Glengormley on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th August and anyone wishing to pay their respects are welcome to call between the hours of 4pm – 9pm.

Requiem Mass shall be celebrated on Friday 21st August at St Bernard’s Church, Glengormley at 9.45am, this can be viewed live at https://churchmedia.tv/st-bernards-church-glengormley followed by committal at Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium.
