Beloved husband of the late Bridget, loving father of Mary, Lawrence, Joan, Bridgeen, Paul, Daniel, Geraldine, Declan, Sara, and long-term companion of Mary, son of the late Alexander and Martha and dear brother of Mavis, Alex, Brendan, Frances, Dolores, Margaret, Anna and the late Eamonn and Jim.

Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton on Friday 24th November at 11 – 2 pm. He will then repose in his home on Friday from 3 – 10 pm and on Saturday from 12 – 10 pm. Funeral from there on Sunday 26th November at 9.30 am for 10 o’clock funeral Mass in St Columb’s Church, Waterside, Derry; BT47 2BB. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore BT47 3QP. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
