MOORE (née Ferneyhough) Helen, 8th June 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at her home 28 Castleview Park, (formerly of Duke Street), beloved wife of the late Eamonn, loving mother of Yvonne, Caroline, Donna, Eamonn, Sean and Cora, dear mother-in-law to Chris, Donna, Janet and Bernard, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother to her 20 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren, dear daughter of the late Martha and William Buck Ferneyhough, cherished sister of Marjorie and the late Baby Anne, Billy, Robert, Andrew and Anne, and a caring aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle.

Helen will be reposing at her home on Tuesday 9th June from 2:00pm. House private please from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving her home at 11:20am on Thursday 11th June to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 12:00noon. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.
