We would like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to all who sympathised with us over the loss of Stephen. Thank you to the doctors and staff at Three Spires Surgery. His social worker Damien Campbell and also his carers.
We extend our deepest appreciation to Canon Derek Quinn for his compassion at such a difficult time. We would also like to thank Armstrong Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they conducted Stephen’s funeral.
We would like to thank the paramedics and the PSNI who attended to Stephen the morning of his death.
To all those who made a donation in Stephen’s memory to Parkinson’s NI. Thank you to Barbara Pinkerton and staff who provided teas at the wake and funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be taken as a token of thanks and appreciation to all.
