Beloved husband of Robina and father of David.
A funeral service for Franklin will take place in Mulhollands Funeral Home on Monday 14th June 2021 at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment in Victoria Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, made payable by cheque to Alzheimer’s Society, 30 Skegoneill St, Belfast BT15 3JL.
