MULHOLLAND Maureen called home 19th September 2026, peacefully at Loughside Care Village with her loving family by her bedside. Late of West Street Ballycarry. Much loved wife of the late Eric. Loving and devoted mum to Gary, Shirley, Sandra, Derek and Raymond. Proud granny Mo to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear sister to Robert, Shirely, and the late Eva, Hilda, Jean and Sylvia and their families.

Friends and family welcome to call at 10 Brackenberg Drive, Ballycarry on Monday and Tuesday between 4.00 and 7.00 pm.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Maureen’s life will be held in St. John’s Church of Ireland Ballycarry on Wednesday 23rd September at 2.30 p.m. and afterwards to the adjoining churchyard. The funeral cortege will be leaving 10 Brakenberg Drive at 1.00 p.m. for anyone wishing to join the family as they travel to the Church.

Maureen will be remembered always by her entire family circle at home and abroad.

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
