Josephine(Josie) MULHOLLAND (née Goodman)
The family and extended family of the late Josephine Mulholland RIP, wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
We especially thank friends, relatives, neighbours and the manager Samantha and staff of St Macartan’s nursing home Clogher for all their help and donations during this difficult time.
We as a family were so touched by those who sent sympathy cards, mass cards, phone calls and social media messages and shared memories with us which meant a great deal to us all.
To all our friends, neighbours and work colleagues who called to the house, attended the funeral, who reverently stood along the roadside to St Patrick’s Chapel and adjoining graveyard, to all who joined us on webcam, we are deeply grateful and appreciative of your solidarity and support.
A special word of thanks to Canon Noel Mc Gahan for the beautiful requiem mass, his kind, personal words honouring mum’s life which meant alot to us all.
Grateful thanks to Donna Mc Caughey who sang so beautifully at the funeral mass and all those who contributed with the funeral mass.
We would like to give our sincere thanks to the District nurses Clogher, Mac Millan palliative care team and especially to the Marie Curie nurses and a special word of thanks especially to Bernie Marlow for all their care, help and kindness shown and given to mum during her illness.
Deep appreciation for those family members, friends and neighbours who visited mum and for their phone calls which meant alot to mum.
We would like to acknowledge our appreciation to Dominic Muldoon and Phelim Mc Kenna for the sensitive and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We express our gratitude to the gravediggers for their professional and caring manner in preparing mum’s final resting place.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude for your kindness, support and prayers at this sad and difficult time.
Mum (Josie) will be dearly and sadly missed by all who knew her.
Josie’s month mind Mass will be held on Saturday 14th August at 7pm in St Patrick’s Chapel Clogher.
