Brian Anthony  MULLAN

Date of Death: Friday 3rd September 2021 Town: Ringsend
Date of Death: Friday 3rd September 2021

The family of the late Brian Mullan (RIP) wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them on the sad loss of a much-loved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. We appreciate and thank all those who called at the home, telephoned, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, floral tributes, posted messages of condolence on social media, brought gifts or helped in any way. Thank you to the many relatives, neighbours, friends and wider community who lined the route of the funeral cortege to pay their respects, attended the Requiem Mass or joined us via the church webcam.

We would especially like to thank Fr Brendan Crowley PP for his spiritual support and visits to the family home plus Fr Liam Donnelly and Monseigneur Andy Dolan for joining him in celebrating the Requiem Mass.

Our grateful thanks are extended to the doctors and community nurses of Kilrea Health Centre and MacMillan Cancer Support. We appreciate the compassion, kindness and support shown to Brian during his short illness.

Our gratitude is also extended to Michael and Nicholas Gormley, J A Gormley, Funeral Directors, Maghera, for the professional, compassionate, and dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deepest appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The Month’s Mind Mass for Brian will be celebrated on Sunday 3 October at 10am in St Mary’s Church, Ballerin.
