The wife and family of the late Wilfred Mullan would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported them during their recent bereavement. They want to thank all those who called at the home, brought gifts, telephoned, sent cards, gave donations, attended the funeral or helped in any way. A special thanks to Rev. Alan Cross for conducting the funeral service, many thanks also to Julie Lennox for playing the organ. Our grateful thanks to the ladies of Lissan Church for the catering after the funeral. A special word of thanks to the staff of Fairfields Nursing Home for their care given to Wilfred during his illness.

A final thanks to Bryan and Carole Steenson for carrying out the funeral arrangements in a professional, caring and dignified manner. They trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of their sincere appreciation

MULLAN Wilfred (Willie) July 31, 2024 (peacefully) at Fairfields Care Centre, late of 16 Claggan Park, Cookstown and formerly of Ballykeel, Ballymena.

Dearly loved Husband of Maudie and of the late Edna, devoted Father of Angela (Maurice) and Tracy (Norman), Step-Father of Bert, Noel, Pamela and the late Robin, loving Granda of Ashley, Steven, Amy, Lauren and Emma, Great-Granda of Ellis and dear Brother of Marie, Ivan and the late Lily and Tommy.

Everyone welcome at the family home in Cookstown or if preferred at his Sister Marie’s home, 1 Fortview, Cromkill, Ballymena.

Funeral leaving his late home on Friday, 2 August at 11.00am, for service in Lissan Parish Church at 11.30am, followed by burial in Ballee Cemetery, Toome Road, Ballymena (arriving 3.15pm approx.).

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, payable to Steenson Funeral Services (Charities a/c), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ for Air Ambulance N.I.
