MURDOCK (nee Savage) Maura (Newry) died 10th May 2026 peacefully at her home. Maura R.I.P. Wife of the late Noel and much loved mother of Martin (Deirdre), Seamus (Siobhan), Aidan (Colette), Moyagh (Con), Conor (Karen) and Donal (Donna). Sister of John and the late Anne Magee, Paddy, Phelim & Monica Fitzpatrick. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose at her home “Loreto”, 2 Hilltown Road, Newry, BT34 2JU on Monday & Tuesday from 1pm until 9pm each day. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 12noon in Sts. Patrick & Colman’s Cathedral, Newry. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s cemetery, Burren.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughter & partner, daughters in law, brother, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, family circle & many friends.
