We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Don Murray, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 30th April 2024.

Late of 27 Swilly Gardens. May he rest in peace.

Beloved father of Jon, Don and Lee. Devoted granda to all of his loving grandchildren. Dearest son of the late Molly and John. Loving brother of Ann, Kathleen, Gerard, Christine, Stella and the late Jeanette and Marie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Don’s remains will be reposing at his late home, 27 Swilly Gardens from 3pm today, Wednesday 1st May. Funeral leaving from there on Friday 3rd May at 11:30am for 12pm Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake house will be strictly private from 10pm until 11am.
