NEILL William Samuel (Billy) – Passed away 2nd February 2024, peacefully at hospital.

Beloved husband of the late Hannah. Loving father of Esther and partner Simon, Elaine and husband Paul and Cathy and husband David. A much loved and loving granda of Logan, Storm, Ava and Remy.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Billy’s Life will take place in Melville Morgan Funeral Home, 315 Ballysillan Road, Belfast, BT14 6RD on Thursday 8th February 2024 at 10:45am followed by interment in Carnmoney East Cemetery at 12 noon.
