NEWTON, Gerard (Gerry) 29 November 2024, slipped away peacefully at home.

Devoted and beloved husband to Fionnuala; precious brother to Ann; much loved Brother-in-Law to Maighread, Louis and Bill; loving uncle and great-uncle; and esteemed friend to many.

Gerry’s remains will reside at his home, 46 Saul Road, Downpatrick, tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday. Those wishing to pay respects are welcome either day 1.00-8.00pm.

Requiem Mass will be held at St Patrick’s Church, Saul, on Monday 2 December, at 1.00pm. St Martin de Porres Pray for him.
