O’BRIEN Sister Elizabeth(Convent of Mercy, Lurgan, formerly of Belfast) November 15, 2025, (peacefully). Sister Elizabeth, beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah Jane Mary O’Brien, and a dear sister of the late Pat, Gerard and Brian.

Sr Elizabeth will repose at the Convent of Mercy, 61 Edward Street, BT66 6DB, today Tuesday from 2.00pm until 7.00pm. Funeral from the Convent on tomorrow Wednesday at 9.30am to St Paul’s Church, Lurgan for 10.00am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her gentle soul.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing nieces and nephews and her family circle.

Sadly missed by The Sisters of Mercy, Lurgan and The Sisters of Mercy of the Northern Province. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her gentle soul.
