Jim O'CONNOR

Date of Death: Saturday 26th March 2022 Town: Warrenpoint
Date of Death: Saturday 26th March 2022

We, the family of the late Jim O’Connor, would like to express our thanks to all who have sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement.
We extend thanks to friends, relatives and neighbours who have, and who continue to, support us during this time.

We also thank all of those who attended the wake and the funeral Mass, as well as those who have sent cards, letters and messages online. We thank you for your kindness.

Thank you to Canon Kearney for comforting us in the hours and days following Jim’s death and for celebrating a beautiful requiem mass. Thank you, also, to Eilish McCaffrey for providing such lovely music at the funeral mass and to the Deacon, Brendan McAllister, for his service at the graveyard. A special mention must be made to McAnulty Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they carried out their duties.

Lastly, we would like to thank the paramedics and the golfers on the course who came to Jim’s aid. Your efforts were tremendous and will never be forgotten.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.

Jim’s Months Mind Mass will take place this Saturday, 23rd April, at 6pm in Mary Queen of Peace, Warrenpoint.
