The death has occurred of Bernice O’Gara (née Shaw), peacefully, in the great care of the nurses, carers and staff at Summerville Nursing Home, Strandhill, Co. Sligo.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Pat and her daughter Ruth. Loving mother of Shane, Liam, Padraic and Ciarán.bShe will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters-in-law Catriona, Sinead and Laura, adored grandchildren Conor, Mark, Sean, Eamonn, Enda, Senan and Ollie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace Reposing at her residence (5 Cartron Heights, Sligo Town) on Wednesday, January 29 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, January 30 at 12:30pm at St. Joseph’s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo. Funeral will proceed to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.
